Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase in its unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping). Items received after 14 days and up to 30 days will be issued a store credit . We do not accept returns after 30 days.
****PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on custom, made to order, worn, damaged, or sale items.
If you send an item back to us that does not meet the return requirements or it is damaged or worn, we reserve the right to send it back to you at your expense.
If you need to exchange your order for any reason (unless we are at fault), you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Please do not ship returns in a plastic mailer - we do not use these as well because we feel items get damaged this way and you will not get a refund if the item is not sell-able.
Please let us know on the packing slip the reason for your return so we can improve on our collection.
